# Can I retake a course if I don't achieve a passing score?

Ivy Software recommends that you contact your advisor or program director to see if they allow for a course to be taken again.  If allowed, please purchase the course again and then create a ticket by clicking the link in the "Need Help?" block on the right side of the screen, to let us know that you have repurchased the course. We will confirm your repurchase and reset your final exam attempts so that you can retake the course.  Please keep in mind that there is a limit of 2 repurchases or 3 total purchases of any given course.
