What is the return/exchange policy for courses.

We can return/exchange a course if it has been unused and within a 30-day period from the date of enrollment.  We consider a course/assessment unused if no sections have been accessed or only a few, meaning you clicked on the first chapter text and 1 or 2 more elements (It is our discretion to determine if your course activity qualifies).  Completion of an entire chapter or more is considered used.
